Expected delivery is approximately 3-6 weeks from the time the order is processed. Custom/sublimated orders may take longer to produce. Orders are processed on weekdays only. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EDITED OR ALTERED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. We are not able to change the address on an order once it has been processed. We are able to cancel the order and offer a refund if changes need to be made. Refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days back to the card used on the order. There are no refunds or exchanges on printed and/or custom items; if you would like an exchange on non-printed, non-custom items please contact Challenger Teamwear at: storesinfo@challengerteamwear.com. The item must be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of when the item was delivered and must be in brand new condition. All order issues must be handled within 30 days of when the order is showing to have been delivered. Items on a lengthy backorder may be removed and refunded from your order. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, we can only ship to physical addresses. For order inquiries, please contact storesinfo@challengerteamwear.com and provide the name on the order with your order confirmation number.  PLEASE NOTE: Team uniforms (jerseys, shorts and socks) will be our priority for the shipping deadline.  Spiritwear items, such as hoodies, warm-ups, polos, etc. are subject to a later delivery date due to inventory availability and print capacity.  Any portion of your order that has not been fulfilled in 120 days may be canceled and refunded at that time.
